Without stress , they may feel very satisfied with the current life but lack of power to discover new things . Too much satisfaction result in nothing except a countermarch of the society . 　　And our answer to stress is another vital problem . How to do with ourselves when stress suddenly break into our life ? To wave the white flag and admit our unability , to give up to our ideality , or worstly , just to suicide as to put an end to everything. Of cause not . The principle is to tackle with stress gentlely and harmoniously. We should try our best to release ourselves . Such as to do some exercise , to linsen to traditional Chinese music or classical music to ease our minds and to learn to view these changes of life as challenges .It's no use crying over spilt milk . Only to accept what has happened can solve the problem .

　　We enjoy the abundance of choice. But this has not come easily.

　　About 150 years ago, China was forced to open up its door by Western canons and gunboats. It has been through the struggle and sacrifice of generations that we finally have gained the opportunity to choose for ourselves. The policy of reform and openness is the choice that has made all the difference.

　　Like others of my age, I'm too young to have experienced the time when the Chinese people had no right to choose. However, as the next century draws near, it is time to ask: What does choice really mean to us young people?

　　Is choice a game that relies on chance or luck? Is choice an empty promise that never materializes? Or is choice a puzzle so difficult that we have to avoid it?

　　First, I would like to say: To choose means to claim opportunities.

　　The one absolutely unselfish friend that man can have in this selfish world, the one that never deserts him, the one that never proves ungrateful or treacherous is his dog. A man's dog stands by him in prosperity and in poverty, in health and in sickness. He will sleep on the cold ground, where the wintry winds blow and the snow drives fiercely, if only he may be near his master's side. He will kiss the hand that has no food to offer.

My definition of success is to be true to yourself, and be true to others. That means, that you must cherish your personal ideal even in the face of adversity. These people are reclusive and had their emotions hidden within them. I once went to Australia and I saw two pictures, Once was drawn by a normal child, the other was drawn by a child with social inhibitions. The picture drawn by the normal child was simple and plain. The other was life'like, full of details and imagination. What this shows is that these are ideas, emotions and feelings that are locked internally in these children.

　　My ideal is to be the key, spreading the beauty of the spoken words to these children. These children have been neglected, but I feel that I can and should help these children to find themselves and be able to express themselves.

　　I realize that this is a difficult task, and there are many obstacles on the way. But I believe in my ideals and I will stick to them''even in the face of adversity. I think this is related to his character. He is easygoing and couth; he looks as if he will never get angry with anybody. So this affects him while he is playing badminton. In a period of time, critical voice has come towards him. He is under great pressure. He was not in the best state. But recently he cheers up again. Several days ago, the Chinese Badminton Championship 20xx was held in Guangzhou. I went to see him on Saturday. I was very excited, and I shouted loudly, hoping he could hear me. There is no doubt that he won the game. Before he went away, he waved hand to us, how excited I was at that time! The next day, he beat Li zongwei again and he won the man’s single gold medal. All of us are very happy. After 7 years, which could be a long time for an athlete, he proved himself again in Guangzhou, which is considered as his lucky place.

　　I think this will be the energy of his advancing. And I hope he can keep this fighting will and win the gold medal in the 29th Olympic Games held in Beijing!

　　i once came acroan american tourist. she said, “china has a history of five thousand years, but the us only has a history of 200 years. five thousand years ago, china took the lead in the world, and now it is the us that is leading.”my heart was deeply touched by these words. it is true that we're still a developing nation, but it doesn't mean that we can despise (鄙視) ourselves. we have such a long-standing history, we have such abundant resources, we have such intelligent and diligent people, and we have enough to be proud of. we have reasons to say proudly：we are sure to take the lead in the world in the future again, for our problems are big, but our ambition (雄心) is even bigger, our challenges (挑戰(zhàn)) are great, but our will is evengreater.

　　i am chinese. i have inherited (繼承) black hair and blackeyes. i have inherited the virtues of my ancestors. i have also taken over responsibility. i am sure, that wherever i go, whatever i do, i shall never forget that i am chinese!

　　眾所周知，下一屆世博會將于21日在上海舉行。我們家鄉(xiāng)將有成千上萬的游客，那么我們應(yīng)該如何表現(xiàn)我們的禮貌呢？當(dāng)然，我們所有人都喜歡表現(xiàn)出我們的良好舉止，所以我們應(yīng)該注意我們的日常習(xí)俗，中國是一個歷史悠久的傳統(tǒng)國家。年輕人應(yīng)該向世界展示我們的中國文化和良好的舉止。說起來容易做起來難，我們大多數(shù)人都不知道。有時他們到處扔垃圾，紅燈時過馬路。雖然他們知道這些行為不好，但他們?nèi)匀贿@樣做。我希望我們每個人都能參加這個社會實(shí)踐。我們應(yīng)該好好表現(xiàn)自己，尊重我們的老師等等，努力向世界展示我們最好的禮貌。

　　我認(rèn)為，我們在日常生活中應(yīng)該遵循以下三點(diǎn)：

　　第一：保持我們的衣服干凈整潔，過多的化妝對我們來說看起來不自然。

　　第二：要遵守古語：看不見邪惡，聽不見邪惡，說不出邪惡。

　　第三：我們應(yīng)該對別人有禮貌，尤其是對外國人。當(dāng)世博會到來時，會有很多外國人，我們可以向他們展示友好，我們可以向他們展示方法，我認(rèn)為我們的'笑臉也是必要的。
